Upscale style with modern conveniences The Exchange Regency

Manila Bulletin: November 16, 2009

A residential project with upscale convenience features that enhance a dynamic lifestyle are essential features that discriminating home buyers seek.

The Exchange Regency, Nobleland Ventures, Inc.’s residential development, is an address that has been designed to present these convenience features. It fuses shopping, leisure activities and fine dining pleasures within the comfort zone of this condominium address in the Ortigas Central Business District.

This 42-story tower has designed these amenities in the ground floor – not in the neighborhood. Residents don't even have to step out of the vertical community, everything they might need is an elevator ride away. Someone needs to do grocery shopping, a convenience store is at the ground floor.
The fashionistas need to unwind – there are shops selling wardrobe pieces and accessories at the ground floor.

For a taste of fine dining or casual fast-food fare residents can drop by the restaurant, or café whose spacious setting can also accommodate a get-together with friends to celebrate a special occasion.

As for busy residents who need to dash for fast cash, the tower lends a versatile space for service centers such as bank ATMs so that they can safely conduct their financial transactions even at wee hours of any days.

Aside from those provisions, the condominium tower is designed for form and function. It combines the sophisticated with functional interior aesthetics, among them high ceilings, wide hallways, and full-glass window treatment, The Exchange Regency also offers other lifestyle-enhancing facilities. First-class resort-like amenities that are set to provide tenants with endless leisure privileges include an infinity pool, a kiddie pool, a putting green, kids playground, a meditation area, a barbeque area, a library lounge, a sunken deck, a fitness gym, a jacuzzi, a game room, cabanas, sauna units, shower rooms, a health walk/jogging path, and a host of other Wi Fi-enabled leisure facilities.

The residential condominium is located on a three-corner location. The Exchange Regency will be offering 216 affordably-priced one-bedroom and two-bedroom flat units as well as one, two or three bedroom loft type units. All these are modular and can be combined, depending on the buyers' needs. These are available to buyers for their homes or as an investment for daily, weekly, or monthly rental through its professional condotel services.

The Beacon Tower 1 nears completion

Roces Tower, the first phase of The Beacon, is steadily shaping up with several major construction milestones.

With the building structure already complete, work has shifted to the installation of the precast exterior wall. Plumbing and electrical works as well as construction of unit partitions are also underway at the lower floors.

The progress reinforces the developers’ commitment towards an efficient and timely completion of Phase 1 in 2011.

Roces Tower, a 44-story building, is part of a three-phase, three-tower development that’s set to bring Makati residents to the height of condo living – set amidst a residential resort lifestyle that appeals to modern urban dwellers.

Once completed, the three towers of The Beacon (which include the 50-story Arnaiz and the 44-story Amorsolo towers) will not only offer a prestigious address to residents but also resort-style amenities. Roces Tower offers studio, two-bedroom and loft units while the Arnaiz tower offers studio units which can also be combined to form two to three-bedroom units.

Covering almost a hectare of land, The Beacon is at the center of a dynamic city. Located at the corner of Arnaiz and Don Chino Avenues, The Beacon creates cozy spaces for its residents while still encouraging community interaction.

Once completed, this development will have units furnished with quality flooring, kitchen and bathroom finishes. Little comforts like a water heater in the bathroom and an electric cook top are included. Large windows and high ceiling, on the other hand, boosts natural lightning, passive cooling and offers a breathtaking view of the metropolis.

The Beacon’s amenity area include a 450-sqm resort-type pool with lap lanes, 300-meter jogging trial, lush landscaping, state-of-the-art bi-level gym, and massage room. Mini-theatre and a children’s play area are also included.

The Roces and Amorsolo Towers will feature rooftop gardens, reflecting a move toward green architecture. Arnaiz Tower, on the other hand, will have an enclosed Sky Lounge, where residents can relax and enjoy a magnificent view of Manila, Taguig and Makati skylines.
